This was a feature in a Charlton Magazine called Teen Tunes and Pin-Ups. It was drawn by Jim Aparo who would later have a career at DC comics (for decades) drawing 2nd tier Batman stories (ie; The Brave & The Bold). It's not as good a comedic caricature piece as the Mad or Cracked artists but it's still an interesting oddity.
Interesting. Oh, you already said that. :) I haven't seen the show for a few years, but it seems to follow the same way-out, nutty writing and goofy segments. I'm not familiar with Aparo, but he draws girls nicely. :)
